Can not find supplier site in the Create Payment

Hello Experts,

When some of the business users were trying to do the payments through Create Payment function, after they selected the supplier, the supplier site did not show up. this happened for one BU, for the other BUs it was working. is there some setups related to the profile access of Create Payments?
