Reporting Establishment mandatory

Hi Team,

We have a seeded field "Reporting Establishment" in Employment page, which is mandatory in certain countries. Can we remove this mandatory option? Client is not using this field and we haven't created any values in Reporting Establishment setup. And when we try to update/correct any data in Employment page, we cannot proceed as this is mandatory in few countries. Can anyone help with this?
