Job Offer DFF Additional Info section to enable after candidate gets hired and become an employee.

We have a case where we are trying to capture other allowances on Additional Info i.e. Job Offer DFF. Can we populate this section or DFF segments somewhere in core HR after candidate gets hired and becomes an employee ?
