For Named Virtual Classrooms the Instructors and Learners not receiving any emails

Hi Everyone,

We did MS Teams Integration with VILT Training.

We have created a course with an Instructor Activity and chosen the Virtual Classroom Type as Named Virtual Classroom and we have tagged the respective Instructor for that activity. This Instructor is also been tagged to the Virtual Account that is integrated with VILT Training.


We have run the process called Sync Instructor Led Training, and the Instructors and Learners are not receiving any emails from the system. However, when we select the Ad hoc Virtual Classroom then we receive emails from the system for both the Instructors and Learners.
