Hi,

We are trying to sync profile picture from Microsoft Office 365 to Oracle HCM. I wanted to understand the technical options available to capture profile picture in Oracle HCM? 

If we use Graph API using Office 365 to retrieve profile pictures and load into Oracle HCM, then what is the recommended approach as we have to query 75000 employees as there is no option for deltas from GraphAPI?

How do other customers maintain their profile picture in HCM? What are the recommended/best practices?

If we make Oracle as system of records, how to capture and integrate with other applications? what are the technical options through which other applications will be able to retrieve picture from Oracle HCM?
