Redraft an accepted job offer

Summary:

I have set the date editing offer assignment to 30 days from backend. I have the priviledge

IRC_REDRAFT_JOB_OFFER_AFTER_HR_PHASE_PRIV. The requisition is made open posted.

Inspite of this, the redraft option is disabled.

This is an internal candidate whose current state is HR processed.

Can anyone please suggest what i am missing here?
