Items - Interclass UOM conversion upload using import/export

Summary:

This is related to Interclass UOM conversions being loaded with export/import functionality. While From and To base UOM codes are being flipped while the conversion rate remains the same when we are importing the file.

We also tried creating one record manually and then exporting the file. We see similar behavior. Is it a known bug in 24C or the actual functionality. Attaching file. Please share any reference notes of How Tos if available.
