Submit button is working only for add as a co-worker and it's not working for Add a new contact

Hi,
We could see that one of our employee "XYZ Employee Custom" role suddenly lost submit access when they trying to add new contact under family and emergency contact details using RUI. However, submit button is working when user trying to add co-worker as contact.
It was worked earlier and there is no changes made for "XYZ Employee Custom" role.

Note: Role Name @"ABC Employee Custom" role is working for both co-worker and new contact. However, it's impacted only for "XYZ Employee Custom" role.
Provided list of privilege details used for Family and Emergency contacts.
