Hi, Since the new value Middle Eastern or North African cannot be added in the delivered US Ethnicity/Race field. We will be creating a flexfield for Ethnicity/Race field for US to comply with the requirements. Kindly confirm if this is advisable? Kindly confirm possible impact. Thank you.
