Query on Standard costing

Summary:

Standard costing :

1. Is it possible for me to have 2 costing scenarios for the same item that is effective at the same point time
2. once I add multiple Items in cost scenarios, I am seeing the effective date for the scenario but I don't get to see If I can modify at the Item level.
   1. For Example - if I create a cost scenario with effective date as 20th Oct., can I have the case as below :
      1. Item#1 - Standard cost effective date from 20th Oct.
      2. Item#2 - Standard cost effective date from 22nd Oct
         .
