Sorting of Person EIT based on Effective Date

Hello,

We have defined a Person EIT "Order History" and have uploaded the data via HDL as well. One observations made by the client is that data does not get sorted in a logical order. We uploaded the data on different Effective Start Date but Oracle does not display this in a chronological order (screenshot attached). Can anyone assist in achieving this sorting? The expected order should be based on Effective Start Date i.e. 2014,2017,209
