Talent Profile Approvals - Date of joining field

Summary:

Hi Team,

I am trying to figure out the DOJ field while writing the approvals flor talent profile (ProfileCoreHumanTask). There are 2 date variables available - personStartDate and Effective Start Date

personStartDate is taking the date from PER_ALL_PEOPLE_F.START_DATE which is not same as DOJ.

Effective Start Date is the latest assignment row date which does not serve the purpose.

Anyone have any idea if the DOJ field is available or not?

The transaction is taking 2024-01-18 where as my expectation is to take 2024-10-07:
