Help with reasonable accommodations/reasonable adjustments

Summary:

Are there any slick ways of capturing ahead of a candidate's interview if they need any accommodation for the interview eg wheelchair access? Ideally we wouldn't want to collect until interview invite stage and also we need the manager to be able to see if the candidate has flagged this and what the requirement is.. if possible the manager would receive this in a notification..

We would also be looking at a similar requirement at offer stage to capture any workplace accommodations/adjustments for starting the job eg screen magnifier, so this can be arranged before day one
