What attribute refers to LegislativeDataGroupId in the Salary.dat HDL?

Summary:

I'm currently loading new offers to candidates, when trying to load the Salary.dat file I receive an error stating "Fill in a value for the attribute LegislativeDataGroupId". I reviewed the concerning ID in OTBI, but within the Salary.dat file I don't find an attribute that refers to that error message.

What is the Metadata attribute to succesfully load Salary.dat?
