Add a filter to Manager to view learning items recommended

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): Hi to all,

is it possible to add a filter (in "My team" tab when you click on an employee) to see all recommended learning items that Manager has recommended before to his reports (see the picture below for more clarify, the path is the following: My team > Learning > "My team" tab > click on an employee).
