The javascript rules apply only the first time the form is displayed

Hi Team,

In dropdown forms like "National Identifiers" "Phones" "Emails" or "Addreses", the javascript rules apply only the first time the form is displayed if you cancel it and reopen it, or delete the record to create a new one, the javascript rules no longer apply.

Example:

When we are in the "Hire Employee" section, the country COLOMBIA defaults to the address section. but when you click cancel and add again, it defaults to the country: "United States". so the rule is being applied only once when creating.

I have added an annex of the image of the "Address" section performing the procedure.

Howdy, Stranger!
