Seniority date in version 1 to version 3 upgrade we have found the seniority date tab RULE, its defined as 2 types, we need to know what are these rules and how its calculating employees seniority dates, and difference of these two.

1.Enterprise Seniority Date - Person Level - Migrate

2.Legal Employer Seniority Date-Work Relationship Level-Migrate
