How secure by location AOR work when recruiting type AOR and hiring team member type is enabled?

We have a requisition type: Confidential which can be accessed by recruiters who has an assigned confidential - area of responsibility:

However, we also want the confidential job requisitions to be viewed and accessed by only those who are part of the hiring team which means that it won't be visible to other recruiters (who also has the assigned confidential - area of responsibility). We investigated how we can limit the view of confidential job requisitions, and we discovered 1 possible option for job requisition security profile:
