What API Calls can Vendors use to pull in Employer Description?

Summary: We're working on a solution to move our opening statements to the employer description and we're realigning the career portal to display the data in the right order. Additionally we're working with our vendors that also display job postings and the question has been brought up about how the vendors would import the employer description details. They are currently pulling in the oracle ID for the Employer Description, but the vendors want to pull in the Employer Description through the API so we only have to make changes in one place.

Any idea what API calls the vendor can use to pull in the Employer Description details?
