Inconsistent Relationship Start Date Across Regions for Family and Emergency Contacts

Hi ,

When we tried to create an emergency contact under 'Select a co-worker as a contact,' we encountered an issue where the relationship start date was showing as one day earlier than expected for the user logged in from Canada. This issue we are not seeing in the RUI page.

When I tried to replicate the issue, it displayed the correct relationship start date. I was logged in from India.

Path - ME --> Family and Emergency Contacts --> Select a co-worker as a contact.

I had already raised an SR (SR 3-37792715941) for the same and Update from
