Implementing Linkedin Learning Integration setup for Oracle Learn Cloud.

Below all setups are done -
1. External provider (Linkedin Learning) configuration with Clinet ID and Secret ID
2. Import of Linkedin Leraning Courses into Oracle Learn
3. Learner able to search for Linkedin Learning courses in ESS
4. Learner not able to enroll on Linkedin Learning courses? I want to setup this in TEST pod without SSO.

Is there any setup reuired in Linkedin Learning platform?
Is am missing out anything while testing this?
Is it possible to test this in TEST pod without SSO setup?
