Hi there, is there any avenue to show the actions performed by employee who submits a HR Help Desk request or agent who receives a HR Help Desk request.
This is to ensure the performance of the support teams and ensure that ticket is assigned to the appropriate SME.
My customer would like to know in the following business scenarios:
- the name of the employee who has performed the re-assignment of categories on a HR Help Desk request and the name of the categories he or she has re-assign the HR Help Desk request to? Meaning Name/Original Category/New Categories
