Issues with Responsive Self-Service Procurement Search Functionality

Hi Everyone,

I'm facing some challenges with the search functionality in Responsive Self-Service Procurement. I've conducted tests and encountered the following issues:

  1. Requisition and PO Number Search: When I search for a specific requisition or purchase order number that I created, the search results do not return the expected requisition. This is unexpected behavior, as I believe Elastic Search should be able to retrieve these details accurately. Is there anything we might be missing in our configuration or setup?
  2. Search Criteria Persistence: When I navigate to the "My Requisitions" tab, remove the default search criteria ("Entered by me") and use another search criteria, the system retains this search criteria even after I remove it and navigate to other tabs and then back to "My Requisitions." This leads to inconsistent search results. Is there a way to refresh the search and return to the default criteria?
