All jobs not appearing in the look up value for Job field on Create Position page

When creating a position, all the values of Jobs and Department are not coming up. Does it depend on any parameter?

When I go to Manage Jobs, I am able to see all the jobs there , then it should also appear in the dropdown values of job field on create position page. Can someone suggest why only 4 jobs appear?
