View for service request changes upon screen size
Summary:
Hi,
We noticed that since the last release, the service request page (agent's view) appears with its columns all enlarged making it difficult and time consuming for agents to adjust them manually every time:
However, this view/issue doesn't stay the same if the agents use a bigger monitor:
We would need a way to shorten the "Subject" column in a permanent/saved way.
Is that possible?
