How do we disable V2 termination in order to migrate to V3 Termination and Resignation on Redwood?

Summary:

I do not have the option of Termination under Employment. There is just Terminate Employment which is a Redwood page. How do I then disable V2 Termination? Additionally, how do we use Redwood page for Termination in V2 since V3 is an optional enhancement? How can we check which version of Termination we are currently using?
