Transaction failed when requester is the approver

Hi Experts !

We are facing an issue in the rule "Change Personal Information". When an employee does a change, it goes to HRSS Ops. It works well.

However when the HRSS Ops does a change for its personal information, he goes in error (because he cannot approve for himself). How can we set "exception" to redirect to another person (or to his manager) ?

The rule is in type "single"
