How to freeze the Actions pane in Job Applications page

Summary:

We would like to request assistance in freezing the "Actions" pane on the Job Application page. when a recruiter reviews a large number of submissions (e.g., 600 applications), the "Actions" pane does not remain visible while scrolling through the page. As a result, recruiters must scroll all the way back to the top of the page to access the "Actions" pane.

Navigation: My Client Groups->Hiring->Job Application ->Applications Page

Please advise on how we can enable this feature.
