Unable to create a filtered list for inactive/terminated employees

Hi All,

We are trying to utilize the filtered list functionality, but we have observed that filtered list is not fetching up INACTIVE employees records. Is this the standard behavior of filtered list or we have to do any other configuration to fetch INACTIVE employees in Filtered List.
