Recruiting Booster - Block Old Inbound Messages
Hello,
We are implementing Recruiting Booster for a client who has been using Oracle Recruiting Cloud for several years. When we enabled the Two-Way Email Messaging feature in our development environment, we ran the scheduled process "Process Recruiting Inbound Message." After the process completed, all messages from the past year were ingested into Oracle, and recruiters were notified about each message, resulting in them being overwhelmed with notifications.
For the production environment, I want to ensure that only new inbound messages are ingested. Is there a way to configure this process so that only new messages are pulled in when we go live?
