Completed Specialization still have 'Not started' status

Summary:

Hi, we have a scenario where the learning specialist completed all the activities for a learning assignment (specialization). The progress shows 6/6 for example.

However, the specialization is still in 'Not Started' status while ideally it should move to 'Completed' status. This happens only for a few records and not all. All transactions were manual and made by the same learning specialist. What could be the issue here and how can we resolve it? Thanks for the response in advance!
