Accessing Candidate Alternate email address through APIs

Summary:

In ORC we have enabled the alternate email address functionality to help the employee or contingent worker who doesn't have the email address
to get the notifications. We have outsourced certain recruiting operations to external vendors and would like to have the Vendors send the notifications to these alternate email addresses. Our integrations are based out of delivered REST APIs, how do we get the alternate email address as part of the recruitingCandidates API ? Or is there any other API to get alternate email address information ?
