Job Application page "Actions" options need to be added to the candidate options

In the Job Application page "Actions" options need to be added to the candidate options(i.e "...").

The client has requested that the "Actions" options currently available on the Job Application page be added to the Candidate menu (i.e., the "..." options) for easier navigation. This change would streamline the process of moving candidates between stages and simplify the recruiter’s workflow.
