Unable to select a qualification for Learning Outcome

Hi All,

We encountered an issue where there is no option or dropdown list to select a qualification for a learning outcome

We already have configured all the roles needed and also did the action of resubmitting all the involved roles on "Data Roles and Security Profiles", still the dropdown list to select a qualification is unavailable.
