Add candidate to requisition > Select Requisitions > have to type from the first letter

Hello,

When manually adding a candidate to a job requisition, and having to select the requisition, in the search field we have to type from the first letter of the requisition title. For example, if the req title is "Customer service manager", we have to type "custo…", if we try with "service", it doesn't return the result.

Is it the expected behavior ? Is there any admin profile value that can change this search behavior ?
