Adding Job Requisition's DFFs or standard fields to Job Offer ?

Hello,

Can any of the standard fields during Job Requisition creation (for example, "Business Justification") or any DFFs, be retrieved during the Job Offer creation ?

If there isn't any way in configuration screens to achieve that, would there be any other more "technical" way or workarounds ?
