Data Migration issue : Purchase orders which are already transmitted in our legacy system ( EBS)

Summary:

We have a concern related to purchase orders which are migrated from EBS to fusion via data migration process.

 The PO's which are open/ approved and already transmitted through xml in EBS. Could you please suggest the field which we need to map while performing data migration so that transmitted PO will not get picked again by Collaboration messaging framework.

 To restrict the newly created and revised PO's where supplier communication method is set to xml. Can we restrict them by setting value to Y for the field "SKIP_ELECTRONIC_COMM_FLAG" ?
