Summary: For automatic eligibility of a pay element we call location pay (Loc) the assignment must have 3 criteria: be in a specific Union, Pay Basis and 1 FTE.


Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): We see union and pay basis in element eligibility. But not 1 FTE. How can we creatively ensure that any employee who maintains 1 FTE gets the pay element and any employee that goes below 1 FTE does not get it automatically?
