We have to develop a functionality where we store attachments in attachment attribute of one transaction and whenever user clicks on Populate attachments button on another transaction we need to transfer/copy attachments in the second transaction from that transaction.

1. Which REST API we can use?
2. How can we achieve this in Oracle CPQ.
