Firm Planned order release from SCP cloud to EBS Purchasing is not having Firm flag in the PO

Summary:

Planned orders are firmed in SCP cloud , On releasing the planned orders to EBS, Discrete jobs that are created for the MAKE items has the firm checkbox enabled, whereas for the BUY items the PO doesnt have the Firm flag enabled.
