Managing actions for different roles in redwood view employment info page

Summary:

Is there a way to control the action options for employee, manager & HR on the redwood employment information page? We have customized these action options in RUI for different personas,
but in redwood all action seem to be available for all three. Any guidance on how to restrict or control actions based on roles in Redwood would be appreciated.
