Can i enable disabled parameters in the fusion standard reports?

Summary:

Case → how to enable the disabled submission parameters in the fusion standard reports similar to EBS R12

AOL → EBS standard reports → query the standard report → verify all parameters → some parameters are disabled → enable the parameters.

Ex - inventory/cost fusion cloud service → periodic inventory valuation report → submit the report

→ select period parameter as - "Dec-23" → verify the report output (displayed 'from period' and 'to period')

→ from period parameter is registered as part of report registration but it's not showing while submitting. This parameter i need to enabled to select while submitting the report.

→ In EBS R12, like this kind of parameters in reports can be enabled, how to enabled in fusion for standard reports, is it possible
