Unable to create an item using FBDI with status of Pending or update item from inactive to Pending

Summary:

Is there an specific set up for being able to create item using FBDI item import with the status of 'Pending'?

End user also tried to create the item with inactive status and update/sych the status to 'Pending'

In both scenarios, we are receiving the error:

InventoryItemStatusCode - The value of the attribute Item Status isn't valid.
