Calculate the termination date with Garden Leave

Dear Team,

We received a customer requirement regarding the graden leave validations. Here the requirement is when a employee resign who have the garden leave, the actual termination effective date shoulde be calculate as below. Is there any possibility to configura this in the termination process. Appreciate your support on this to proceed further.

Termination effective date = Notice Period + Garden Leave
