Course Status set to Bypass Completed and offering status says Not Started

Summary:

We have Redwood and we set up annual trainings to deploy to certain groups of people beginning in July 2024. Recently we have noticed that when marking a required course as Bypass Completed using either Mass Action or Change Status, that the offering will show a status of Not Started with a date one day after we did the bypass completed on the course. I am thinking this is a process maybe not working but not sure. Wondering if anyone else is having this issue.
