Absence validation error message

You can't add this absence because your balance for the plan Remote Work - Additional Days will fall below the minimum limit.

 

 

You already used up your plan balance to enter an absence for the Remote Work - Additional Days absence type that starts on 24/07/23.

 

I'm getting this error but the absence i am summitting or withdrawing is not related to is not related to this error . Can anyone suggest on this .
