Configure renewal rules without automatic assignment; allow admin to create the second assignment
Summary:
We are trying to see the best option to configure the following requirement. Admin assigns 1st assignment to learner, completes it and learning outcomes are assigned to employees profile. If the course is one that requires renewal, the admin should be able to reassign the course to the employee when it is close to expiry. We are testing this currently and all the configuration that we try is automatically assigning the renewal assignment row. How can we use renewals, but manually.
Please note we do not use Learner self service, initiatives or recommendations.
