Hi Everyone,

I am encountering an issue in the Oracle Learning Cloud. A user has successfully completed an Offering assessment and passed it, yet the course status still shows as "Not Passed." Could anyone explain why the course status is not updating to "Completed" and what steps I might take to resolve this issue?
