Can we see candidate details when prospect is applying to job requisition as a candidate?

I created a candidate, added name and address by completing the profile then added them to the requisition - then as candidate I click apply and it only populates candidate name.

Details such as phone number, address, education, experience, licenses and certification needs are not flowing to job application of candidate and profile of candidate.

Is this an expected behavior?
