Mass download of Documents of record

Hi ALL,

We have enabled New Mass download of documents of record page by enabling 2 profile options those are ORA_HCM_VBCS_PWA_ENABLED and ORA_PER_MASS_DOWNLOAD_DOR_REDWOOD_ENABLED but once we done these changes in TEST POD we are not able to see Mass download of Documents Records under my client group.
